We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Healthcare Administrator to join the Admin Team at one of our vibrant Secondary Academies, based in Bradford (BD9). The role is expected to commence mid-January until April initially, with the possibility of extension dependent on the needs of the school. You must have experience in CPOMS, SIMS and Excel, with the ability to manage and maintain electronic records effectively and ensure strong communication with the staff team.
Applicants must hold a minimum of Level 3 in First Aid for Schools or Colleges or equivalent, as the role involves administering first aid to students on the school premises as needed. The welcoming Secondary School is part of the Beckfoot Trust, centred on high aspirations for all students, promoting integrity, kindness and excellence for all. You will become part of an efficient and effective Administration Team, offering a strong work ethic and friendly approach within a fast-paced environment.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, you can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role.
We are seeking applicants with:
* Level 3 Business Administration or relevant experience
* Level 3 First Aid in Schools and Colleges
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Competent in use of CPOMS, SIMS and Excel
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
