Key Responsibilities:
* Office supplement management: Ensure smooth office daily operation; continuously improve the office environment and deal with staff daily requests/complaints.
* Office asset management: regularly check the asset a)management quality and supervise and provide support if required. b) asset allocation c) asset disposal/ scrap
* Storage room management: Ensure office has enough stock and all the items placed in an organized and trackable system.
* Procurement assistant: to raise the purchase order as requested and receive the service/goods and proceed the payments on a timely manner.
* Meeting and event support: timely support to supervisors and departments, results-oriented.
* Business trip support: generated invitation letter, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff relocation.
* Supplier management: Maintain regular communication with suppliers, and report issue to supplier in timely manner and mange supplier performance appraisal
* Others: occasionally cover reception if required.
* Weekly meeting and quarterly report to Line Manager.

* Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired:
* 2 years + experience in similar role would be desired
* Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
