Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled machinist to set and operate CNC multi-tasking lathes, manufacturing high-quality components for internal assembly flow lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce small to medium batch work efficiently.
Inspect finished components against engineering drawings using various measuring equipment.
Maintain machines with daily, weekly, and monthly checks, ensuring good housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards.
Optimise set-up and cycle times while monitoring tool life for efficiency.
Complete de-burring, cleaning, final inspections, and all necessary documentation.
Support the team with additional duties as required.What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience operating CNC machines with a minimum of 4-axis control.
Ability to read, edit, and work with Fanuc-based programs.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring techniques.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality under deadlines.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Safety-conscious and willing to learn new skills.
Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.Desirable Experience:
Knowledge of twin spindle machines.
