To become a Facilities and Contracts Administrator in our facilities department, we need someone who is organised, motivated and a team player.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The purpose of the role is:
* To support the Facilities Operations & Carbon Reduction Manager and Contracts Co-Ordinator in ensuring that all externally provided Facilities Contracts are in line with their contract specifications and executed to the standards expected by the College.
* To ensure accurate recording, allocation and monitoring of internal works, resources consumed and staff utilisation.
* To assist in the monitoring of Energy usage across the sites and the production of Monthly Reports to support the College in its drive to reduce its Carbon Footprint.
* To assist in the management of the booking and compliance of college vehicles.
