Salary: £30,800–£34,100 (DOE, includes shift allowance) + overtime
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week)
Shifts: Onsite, 8-hour weekly rotating shift pattern (AM - 5:45 - 2:15, PM - 2:00 - 11:00 / 8:30 on Fridays)
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll report to the Shift Manager and help lead the day-to-day running of the warehouse. You’ll keep things moving: goods in, stock put-away, replenishment, picking, packing and making sure orders go out on time and in good shape.
You’ll help keep the space safe, tidy and well-organised and make sure the team works to high standards. We take care of each other here - health, safety, and wellbeing matter.

* Strong leadership and people skills - able to motivate, coach and support a team in a fast-paced environment

* Good understanding of health & safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with a strong focus on accuracy in warehouse processes like picking, packing, and shipping
Main Responsibilities
* Lead a team of up to 15 warehouse colleagues and keep operations running smoothly
* Oversee goods in/out, stock control, and shift handovers
* Coach and support team members to improve performance
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
* Adapt to changing demands and ensure accurate, on-time order processing
