Responsibilities:
* Oversee all HRadministrative functions including employment contracts promotionsand changes to terms and conditions.
* Administerthe HeaRt HRIS system for UK employees ensuring accurate anduptodate information management.
* Create andmaintain comprehensive HR files ensuring all documentation isproperly organized and accessible.
* Monitor andmanage employee sickness and holiday records for UK staff ensuringcompliance with company policies.
* Prepare andmanage weekly and monthly HR reports providing insights and data tosupport strategic decisionmaking.
* Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle including candidate management agencycoordination and conductinginterviews.
* Oversees the onboarding andoffboarding processes including conducting interviews arrangingworking equipment liaising with IT and maintaining regularcommunication with all UK employees.
* Occasionaltravel to the Basingstoke entity.
* Plan andimplement human resources programs.
* Administercorporate policies relating to continuous improvements compensationbenefits employee relations training and health and safetyprograms.
* Promote staff engagement byorganizing and coordinating events aimed at improving motivationand morale.
* Manage relationships withthirdparty providers such as legal advisors payroll services andauditors ensuring seamless servicedelivery.

Requirements :
* CIPD level 5(part or qualified) and/or 5 years experience in an HRenvironment.
* Strong Excelexperience.
* Knowledge of UKLegislation.
* English language written andverbal is a must other languages ofadvantage.
