Job Role: People Projects Consultant
Location:Birmingham, Bristol or London (hybrid)
Salary: up to £80,000 plus Benefits
Contract role for 6 months rolling
Working with a leading financial services organization looking for experience People Project Consultants to drive change for 6 month FTC. As a People Projects Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of 'People Projects' that support the business strategy and drive transformation aligned with strategic people plans. You will work closely with the People Project team, Strategic People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to scope project work, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Strategic People Partners to scope key projects and manage project delivery.
* Lead, design, and deliver People projects, ensuring value-add to business units and customers.
* Manage project controls and procedures, including tracking project plans, actions, risks, and dependencies.
* Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organization.
* Produce and deliver presentation packs for key stakeholders.
* Deliver project communications and train managers on change-related initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on People policies, processes, and procedures.
* Analyze and report on HR metrics to develop effective solutions and strategies.
* Participate in company-wide HR-related projects.

* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) / TUPE

Skills and Experience:
* Experience supporting a transformation agenda and managing complex change projects.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Strong data analysis skills and ability to conduct in-depth analyses.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Strong consultancy and influencing skills.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employee legislation and its implications for the business.
