Operational Procurement Specialist
This pivotal role focuses on leading procurement planning and supplier relationship management across South Wales. Spend will cover a range of goods and services.
Reporting to the UK Category Manager, you will be repsonsible for the implimentation of those strategic procurement plans across the South Wales region. A varied and interesting role for a well regarded organisation.
This organisation is linked to public sector reguations so familiarity with Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 or Public Contract Regulations 2015 would be very useful.
Based in Cardiff on a hybrid working basis with requirement to travel across the region
3-day Hybrid working 2 days from home and up to 25% travelling

* Develop high quality plans and using coordinated category management across the larger group
* Leverage and maximising cost savings to the business,
* Deliver best value and performance from the supply chain throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Ensure efficient purchase 2 Pay processes are implemented and followed
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership on procurement processes and supplier relationship management within the region.
* Own the Regional Procurement Plan, ensuring efficient, timely, and coordinated procurement aligned with business objectives.
