* Manage the end-to-end compliance process, including pre-employment checks, professional registration, right-to-work documentation, references, and medical clearances.
* Oversee audits and compliance reporting, ensuring accurate records are maintained in line with internal policies and relevant frameworks (HTE, SBS, NHS Employers, CQC, GDPR).
* Act as the primary point of contact for compliance queries, providing guidance and training to internal staff and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with medical professionals and clients to ensure all documentation and certifications are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations.
