Store Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and create exceptional client experiences in aluxury watch boutique in Selfridges, London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Drive sales growth by setting and achieving ambitious targets.
* Provide outstanding client service, building strong relationships with customers.
* Train and motivate staff to maximize their potential.
* Organize events that enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
* Align team actions with the company’s brand philosophy and service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* A motivational leader with a track record of success in retail sales management.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Italian.
* Experience in organizing store events and promotions.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to sales and service excellence.
* Experience in an international market is a plus.
