We are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service, driving quality, compliance, and growth while maintaining our CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Compliance:
1. Ensure Levicare meets and exceeds CQC standards, local authority requirements, and company policies.
2. Lead on CQC inspections and continuously improve service quality.
3. Implement and monitor robust quality assurance processes.
Service & Operational Management:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of care.
2. Develop and implement person-centered care plans tailored to individual needs.
3. Ensure safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
4. Manage rota planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Leadership & Staff Development:
1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers.
2. Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and performance management.
3. Ensure all staff receive mandatory training, CPD, and career development opportunities.
Business Growth & Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Develop strong relationships with local authorities, NHS commissioners, and private clients to expand Levicare's services.
2. Identify new business opportunities and drive service growth.
3. Act as the ambassador for Levicare, engaging with families, healthcare professionals, and the community.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete).
2. Minimum 2 years' management experience in domiciliary care.
3. Registered Manager experience with CQC (or significant Deputy Manager experience).
4. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Desirable:
1. Experience in business development and service expansion.
2. Knowledge of Liverpool's local care market and funding streams.
3. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
