What you will do in your working day
* Working within our wraparound care setting and partnership school during term time and holiday camp settings during the school holidays
* Supporting the development of childrens physical, social, emotional and cognative developement
* Build strong positive relationships with company staff, school staff, parents and children
The training you will be getting
* Level 2 Playworker Apprenticeship
* Level 2 Award in Multi-skills Coaching/Development in Sport (optional and subject to a £50 certification fee)
* Delivery of training to be confirmed
Sector specific CPD, such as;
* Working in a school environment
* Behaviour Management
* Physically active games and playground games - practical training
* PE curriculum CPD
* Gymnastics
* Dance
* Outdoor adventurous activities
* SEND in play
* Adaptive practice
* Thematic planning
* Creative use of storytelling
* Relaxation and wellbeing
* Supporting classroom learning and providing interventions
* Peadiatric first aid
* Safeguarding / Prevent
* Mental Health and Wellbeing
* Digital skills
* Functional skills in maths and English (where required)
