We are working with a growing and successful manufacturing company, and due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business.
This is an office-based role - Monday to Friday.
Supporting across a number of sites, there will be travel 1-2 days per month which will include an overnight stay. Candidates will need to hold a full UK driver’s license.
Reporting into the HR Manager and providing support to c400 employees across multi-sites, the focus of the role is to assist the HR Manager in the delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. This will include supporting with employee relations, promoting best practices in HR management, advisory services to stakeholders, continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and processes and all areas of generalist HR. Key duties will include;
* Reporting into HR Manager and working as part of a team of 5.
* Providing HR support to c400 employees across multiple sites - 80% blue collar and 20% white collar
* Provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practice and process for employee relation matters, performance management and disciplinary and grievance matters.
