Recruitment Consultant Opportunity This position involves managing an existing business mainly because there isn't much need for business development. This is a very busy desk, you could be hired as a researcher if you wanted to be/ as a 360 consultant but this is more like an account management position without new business development. They want capable people who can come in and deliver on client accounts straight away. The team are keen to hire someone to join their Legal or Compliance recruitment team. You don't need legal experience for this role. You must come from a recruitment background and have worked with clients. The business is interested in people who have worked as resourcers and 360 consultants managing the whole process. You will be joining a very busy team with lots of live roles and will not need to do business development coming into this role. You will work with clients on their vacancies though and be trained to manage the whole process. Selling Points Relocation from the UK is possible to live and work in Japan. This is a permanent role though you would need to be considering settling in Tokyo longer term. JPY 4000k to 6000k per year plus commission (they have an employee, for example, who is on 5 million yen and did 16 million yen in commission from the sales she generated, making her total package 21 million. They do need someone who wants to put in the hard work it takes to get results like this. There is a lot of repeat business with candidates and clients There is a strong training focus here. If you don't have industry knowledge, you will have a 3 months training period. This will include group training, role plays practice, one to one mentorship, recruitment training and legal market training If you join with a small amount of recruitment experience, you will be carrying out recruitment processes with candidates as a career consultant. As you get more experienced, you will have more client contact, and you will then do business development to pick up new clients. If you join with more recruitment experience more will be expected from you from day 1. You will receive training in all circumstances of experience level. Requirements English - Business conversation level 3 years of recruitment experience Legal, Compliance, Financial Services Recruitment experience OR another sector with experience of hiring into Japan. So you either need to have clients in Japan or be able to recruit their existing clients.
