About the role…
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their dining dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
* Maintain standards of service throughout the Brasserie as laid down by the Manager;
* Ensure productivity levels and sales are optimised;
* Interview staff and make selection decisions;
* Identify training requirements, and to organise and follow through on ‘on-job’ training;
* Ensure all equipment is properly maintained to required levels;
* Handle customer queries and complaints;
* Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences;
* Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and over the phone or email;
* Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends in the hospitality;
* Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it;
* Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
Is this you?
We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and food and are looking for something uniquely different.
* Have you done something like this before?
* You will ideally have a successful high-end bar and restaurant background with proven experience supervising teams.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially cocktails (mixologist is a plus).
* Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
* Passion for beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor.
