Job Description Aftermarket Operation Officer - EHM (Engine Health Monitoring) Change Full-Time Hybrid / Derby 3 days on-site What you will be doing: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Data & Information team in Aftermarket Operations. This team primarily works with Big Data and digital technologies to give our customers greater control of their operations. Through actionable intelligence, we empower our customers to make the shift from reactive, rapid-response operations, to become more efficient, better at risk management, a better planned and predictable business. As an Aftermarket Operations Officer – EHM Change, you will be responsible for providing rapid response to emerging in-service issues. By developing & implementing new analytics or reconfiguring existing live techniques & data streams we provide ongoing in-service containment at an asset or fleet level. You will primarily focus on the Civil Aerospace and Business Aviation markets but might also deliver services for Defence, Energy or Marine depending on the future business need. Responsibilities: Rapidly design, configure & deploy Engine Health Management solutions to support containment of in-service issues across the Rolls-Royce fleet of assets. Capture requirements for Engine Health Management improvements through internal & external Customer Change Boards, Project Zero and any other relevant forum. Work with related teams to share and evolve best practices for design & configuration of Engine Health Management change. Experience in a data focused role, EHM service, Engine Performance, service engineering or product support preferred but not necessary.
