Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage email inboxes efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
* Answer incoming telephone calls, providing helpful and professional assistance.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers via email and telephone to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee stock management to maintain supply levels and meet customer demands.
* Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong rapport and upselling where possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Confident and effective phone manner.
