Job Description:
The Senior Systems Integration Engineer will play a key role in product delivery, focusing on developing robotic automated manufacturing systems for cell therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities include integrating hardware and software subsystems, working with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring system compatibility and robustness through hands-on testing and experimental work. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful technology development in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or related field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
* Experience in integrating and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, preferably in product development.
* Strong technical analysis and documentation skills, including experiment protocols and result reporting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
* Proficiency in Python, including source control.
* Experience with software tools for test scripting, log processing, and database management.
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and robotic software like ROS1 or 2 is advantageous but not essential.
