We are looking for a Business Intelligence Leader to join our International Family and Professional Care segment with an ultimate goal to enable Kimberly-Clark to win in-market with consumers through commercial insights and analytics that support data-driven decisions
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Operate as Center of Excellence for in-market data analysis and analytics and translate knowledge to Growth Org and ABU marketing and sales teams
2. Deliver proactive and provocative in-market insights that can directly translate to business action and performance.
3. Manage relationships and contracts with data intelligence vendors (primarily Nielsen for B2C and Precision for B2B but also others).
4. Partner with DTS to drive data governance standards and Product Management/DTS to develop world-class products that democratise data.
5. Improve data literacy/fluency in business teams to embed data-driven culture.
6. Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritised use cases.

You will also need the following qualifications:
7. Proven experience in business intelligence with deep experience working with Nielsen data.
8. Rounded business acumen to connect in-market and commercial performance.
9. Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.
10. Strong communication skills (both verbally and written).
11. Innovation mindset to ensure KC uses the best available data and tooling to drive analytics value.
