As the Area Sales Manager – South, you will work to manage new and existing relationships within the UK on-street and off-street parking access and revenue control systems market, focusing on new business development through multiple channels such as public tenders, private parking specifications and developing relationships with key stakeholder partners such as car park operators, NHS trusts, Local Authorities, Shopping Centre Managers and Education.
You will manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied, as well as finding potential new customers. This is a role with huge variety, regularly visiting customers and sites, often being required to produce presentations, complete detailed tender returns and carry out client demonstrations of CAME parking solutions.
Following significant investment CAME are excited to be releasing a range of cutting edge ANPR cameras designed specifically for car parking management, These products will form a key part of the product portfolio offered and will be sold primarily to car park operators and management companies as part of their enforcement solution.
As the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of this product range alongside the existing range of CAME Parkare pay on foot parking solution.

* Are you technically astute with the ability to develop and retain key technical knowledge of our full product range?
* Do you have associated industry experience and a proven sales track record within the parking industry?
* Persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company?
* Growth and retention of existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients?
* A strong, focused, and successful approach to sales including experience of the tender process?
Your Next Role…
* Research, Develop and Implement a sales strategy for the sales region
* Determine market opportunities and requirements.
* Respond to sales enquiries and attend site visits as and when required.
* Prepare and submit quotations and tenders and follow-up submitted quotations and/or marketing material by telephone or visit.
* Monitor and update the Sales Lead database.
* Participation in Public Relations (eg advertising, marketing materials) and promotional events (eg exhibitions.)
* Report regularly on sales activity, including client visit reports, weekly and monthly meetings.

The sales territory for this role spans the South area of the UK, meaning we are flexible in regards to location for candidates based in South England or Wales, ideally you will be based within easy reach of London and in particular of our offices in Hemel Hempstead, which are as ideally located North of London and just minutes off the M1.
In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £70k per annum, you will receive a quality company car, laptop, mobile phone, complementary corporate attire, company pension matched up to 5% contributions and 25 days per year annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing to 28 days per year with length of service.
