Due to expansion and successfully securing serval new contracts which are due to start within the next 2/3 months they have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join there team.
The company:
They have an impressive turnover turnover of £25M with over £40M of new projects secured and ready to start in 2025.
They deliver a variety of project ranging from £5M - £20M across sectors such as new build care homes, refurbishment, education and healthcare with projects across Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire They currently have 40 employees across operations, commercial & technical which will be increasing year.
The company over the past two years have really hit a new high with an experienced Managing Director driving the business forward. The Managing Director has a strong tier one main contracting background with fresh new forward thinking approach to how a main contractor delivers a product for their client and they have recently implemented Procure management system.
The Project:
The scheme will start on site around March 2025 and will consist of 75 bed care home, three storey SFS build with brick and block skin. The 2nd floor will have a green roof and the the third floor is a flat roof with roof terrace. The whole project has a construction build cost of around £10M and will under a management contract.

The Role:
The Project Manager will report directly into a visiting Operations Manager (also from a tier one background)
Responsible for all day to day duties on site ensuring the project is built to programme, budget and specification.
Working alongside an experienced design & commercial team.
You will be the lead on site where you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and developing at least one Site Manager.
Ensuring that Health & Safety on site is to the highest of standards.
Weekly and monthly client reports
Chair meetings with consultants, engineers, sub-contractors and client.
The Person:
MICOB is preferred but not essential
Must have strong main contracting background, with longevity to your career (no job hoppers)
Must have been the Lead on your own project producing weekly and monthly reports into a client and at senior level.
Must have new build experience and delivered a project from the start to handover
Must be client facing, articulate both verbally and written reports, driven, ambitious and be forward thinking.
Experience of building new build care homes would be an advantage but essential.
The salary on offer is up to £85,000 basic plus £4,500 car or travel allowance, fuel card 25 days holiday, pension, Bupa healthcare.
Working hours are from 8.30am - 5pm.
