A Law Firm in London is recruiting a Reward, Benefits (and Data) Manager to join their HR Team.
The Reward and Benefits Manager will be responsible for reviewing and managing all activities relating to reward and benefits:
* Lead on the annual salary and bonus review (including building guidelines and frameworks and providing data analysis and insights to help drive consistent and fair pay decisions and bonus payments).
* Lead on the annual benefit enrolments and accountable for all benefit related work streams, including some pension related matters working with the firm's pensions consultant.
* Undertaking regular activities such as benchmarking/grading methodology, including job matching.
* Producing gender pay gap report in conjunction with finance. Providing internal data, insight and analysis to support ongoing improvements in this area.
* Ensure the reward offering remains relevant.
* Preparing reports and presentations.
* Overseeing outsourced payroll.
* Suggesting tools to streamline/automate processes (i.e. salary reviews, benefits annual enrolment, benchmarking etc.). Manage the ongoing development of Cascade and implementation of new HR systems.
* Manage and support on data production and analysis for people metrics (HR dashboard) and reward data.
* Producing reports using information from the HR database for legal surveys.
* Responsible for ensuring payroll information is accurate and provides clear instructions relating to any reward or benefit changes, in conjunction with the finance team.
* Ensures up to date records are maintained at all times on the firm's systems.
* Supporting other functions across the business as and when required.
* Keeping informed of all regulatory developments relevant to reward and benefits.
* Manages Reward, Benefits & Data Advisor.
Skills and Experience
* A minimum of at least 5 years of experience in a Reward and Benefits role.
* Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong people and project management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic).
* Delivers HR services with a "can do" and when necessary, "hands on" approach.
* Shows commitment, passion and enthusiasm.
* Experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
* Good research abilities.
* Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits.
* Reflects the firm’s culture and represents the firm appropriately.
