The Role
Working predominantly remotely, youwill have a passion for training and mentoring others to help them reach theirfull potential. With some visits being face to face, you will be expected tobuild great working relationships with your apprentices and help them completetheir qualifications in a timely manner.
Whilst we can’t promise that every daywill be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Manage a caseload of 40 apprentices and AEB learners across the region
- Deliver a range of Health and SocialCare qualifications (potentially up to level 5)
- Tailor the appropriate solution forthe learner, ensuring they have a positive experience and develop theirinterest and confidence in Health and Social Care making a real impact on thepeople in their care
- Use e-portfolio system to manage thelearner journey
- Link training needs to thosedetermined by curriculum, industry and Sector norms and developments
- Have great organisation and planningskills to ensure that activities are planned properly, and records/paperworkcompleted to deadlines
- Be able to travel to visit learnersand work locations when required
- Have flexibility and willingness tovary and change work schedule working both onsite and remotely
The Salary
- If you are a Trainee with no teachingor assessing qualifications - £26,000
- If you are qualified Trainer and candeliver Level 3 - £27,000
- If you are qualified Trainer and candeliver Level 5 - £28,000
- You can also earn up to £160 bonusfor each learner you refer!

About You
- You have sufficient occupationalcompetency/work experience of working in a leadership role in Health &Social Care - essential
- You have an assessing qualification(e.g., D32/33, A1, TAQA, CAVA) - advantageous
- You may also have a teachingqualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, QTS, PGCE) - advantageous
- You have experience of deliveringsome form of training or mentoring in your role
