We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the fuel and oil industry within the designated territory.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
* Manage and expand the customer base by ensuring excellent customer service and support.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
* Achieve sales targets and ensure the overall success of the sales function.
* Represent the company at key industry events and meetings.
* Report to the management team and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally within the fuel or oil industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence and comfortable with frequent travel within the region.
* Experience in managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
