Job Description We are seeking a Credit Controller to join a well-established and dynamic Credit team. As a Credit Controller you will be part of a very successful and motivated team. Your key objectives will be to deliver against cash collection, aged debt reduction and improve external debt collection; whilst maintaining high customer service standards. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours) Salary: Up to £22,308.00 (Opportunity to earn an additional £200 if team achieve targets) Location: Nelson Responsibilities Actively chase overdue Customer Accounts via letter and telephone. Liaise and work with Account Managers where required, to assist in the collection of debt. Promote Direct Debit conversion on all calls. Ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner. Work effectively with other departments and sites to ensure highest levels of Customer Service are given at all times.
