Job Description:
We are seeking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer who possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in end-to-end cloud architecture, design, development, integration, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining important components and shared common services within our cloud infrastructure. They will be enthusiastic about open-sourcing and sharing their work with client executives, showcasing their ability to lead and influence the organization's DevOps strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Architect, design, develop, integrate, test, and implement cloud-native solutions for large-scale, vital projects.
2. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline to automate software delivery and streamline deployment processes to EKS clusters.
3. Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation, aiming to optimize infrastructure costs.
4. Utilize GitHub as a source code management tool.
5. Ensure security measures are integrated into the hosting platforms and infrastructure.
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide supportable, sustainable, and dependable services.
7. Understand end users' problems and collaborate with them to produce scalable, elegant, flexible, and relevant solutions that drive industry transformation.
Qualifications:
1. AWS Solution Architect certification with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3. Proven experience in reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents.
4. Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
