Main duties of the job Deliver informative and engaging one-to-one weight management programmes including healthy eating, behaviour change and exercise delivery to groups of adults in the community. Deliver safe personalised, age appropriate, one-to-one and group healthy eating, behaviour change and physical activity advice to children, young people and families. Deliver support with a client centred non-judgemental approach using skills of positive psychology and motivational interviewing.
