This is a great opportunity for someone to kick-start a career in their HR team whilst studying alongside a Data qualification. This is an ideal role for anyone looking for an entry-level role in HR. You will play a crucial role in the team, supporting administration, operations, data reporting, and the payroll system. Duties: Maintain the HR system. Coordinator of reports. Supporting the system's actions. Production of documentation. Be the first point of contact for system issues and reporting queries. Support changes and implementation through testing. Skills/Experience Required: Excellent numerical skills Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, IF Statements) High attention to detail. Experience or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Admin experience within HR would be ideal. Good knowledge and use of technology and reporting tools.
