Sales Development Representative

£24,000 - £27,000 DOE + Uncapped commission

We are working with a market leader who continue to dominate their industry. Due to their success, they are looking to expand their busy sales team. Previous sales experience is preferred but if you would like to start a career in sales, we still want to hear from you as full training is provided.
The Role
1. Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce products or services and generate new sales opportunities.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads to build a strong customer base.
3. Customer Engagement: Provide product information, answer customer questions, and address any concerns to drive sales and build trust.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Record Keeping: Accurately log customer interactions, update CRM systems, and track sales activities.
6. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers to convert interest into sales and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales preferred, customer service, or a related sales field is a plus but not essential.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident speaking ability, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
3. Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage time effectively.
5. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
6. Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with CRM systems, email, and basic computer programs.
