Job Overview
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a permanent opportunity that involves management, coordination, and processing of payroll for a client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking accuracy of payroll information in order to ensure timely payment of salaries
* Processing all payroll forms
* Calculating sickness, pension, holiday pay according to contractual entitlements
* Liaising with other staff regarding payroll queries
* Liaising with HR regarding new starts, leavers, remuneration and conditions of service
* Completing payroll reconciliations
* Producing management reports as required
Requirements:
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience processing a payroll for a number of SME companies and have a good understanding of HMRC and pension legislation.
Candidates will be highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
