About the Position
We are seeking dedicated Client Liaison Officers to join our Planning and Building teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our community. We have multiple positions available, including full-time, part-time, permanent, and maximum term contracts. Additionally, we are creating a talent pool for future opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Application receipting and administrative processing.
* Providing written and verbal responses to customer enquiries over the phone, via email and in person.
* Maintaining corporate records and compiling data and reports.
* Offering general administrative support, including copying, scanning, word processing, and data input.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
* Supporting customer service improvement projects and responding to customer feedback.
About You

* Strong knowledge of administration systems and procedures.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* High-level interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of electronic documentation management systems.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
* Experience in providing administrative and technical support to a team.

The position is a Level 4 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $70,668 - $74,388 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
