Role Description
This is a contract (part-time, flexible, self-employed) role for a Receptionist at Dulwich Therapy Rooms. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, clerical/admin duties, taking payments, communication with clients and practitioners and providing excellent customer service.
Qualities & Skills
* Experience in Receptionist duties and clerical skills
* Ability to think and act autonomously when needed
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and problem solve
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Being the friendly face of the clinic
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic reception, greeting them in a warm, friendly and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (e.g. forwarding or replying to emails or text messages, administrative work and general clerical support).
