So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Where You Would Work: Banbridge Supported Living Banbridge is a mental health supported living scheme. We have a mixture of group living and flatcluster. We also have a floating support service attached to scheme. We take a team approach for the people we support in meeting their goals and aiding their recovery. Banbridge has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and each day is different as we adapt a person centred approach to meeting the people we supports needs. A typical day may look like supporting the people we support with their medication, budgeting, daily living skills, to their appointments or with social engagement. Our emphasis is to empower the people we support to take ownership over their own lives so that they may live as independently as possible.
