* Leading & motivating the facilities technicians, hygiene team & site security to ensure they provide the best possible site service
* Supervise & support where possible all activities on site undertaken by team & contractors
* Planning & coordinating alongside the facilities manager site installations & refurbishment
* Inspection of the building infrastructure to determine the need for repair/renovations
* Assist with the completion of risk assessments as required to identify risks to health and safety and demonstrate compliance with statutory requirements, developing and monitoring control measures and progressing corrective actions through to acceptable resolution
Facilities Team Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Relevant qualification (NEBOSH, IWFM)/ BIFM) or experience in relevant discipline such as building management or building services
* Used to Leading facilities teams previously
