As an eCOS Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our eCOS system for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing technical assistance and user support to address incoming queries, with a strong focus on achieving a 'first-time fix' resolution.
Please note this role works on a shift pattern from 9am - 8pm, this will change each week.
Hybrid role once probation ends, having the ability to work from home 2 days a week.
The salary for this role is £24,500.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues effectively on the first interaction.
* Issue Management: Report and escalate raised issues in priority order to the team, ensuring that resolutions and fixes are executed promptly. Communicate updates to clients with outstanding queries.
* Troubleshooting Expertise: Demonstrate an expert level of troubleshooting techniques and a deep understanding of frequently asked questions. Anticipate client needs and provide professional and effective recommendations for resolution.
* Communication Skills: Possess the ability to convey highly complex technical information to non-technical clients and consumers in a clear and understandable manner.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
