What you'll be doing: This role is a blend of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for a graduate or early-career professional who’s passionate about tech and product development. You’ll work alongside our engineers, sales team, and global clients to gather requirements, support project delivery, and ensure the continued success of our applications - while completing a fully-funded Level 4 Digital Product Management apprenticeship. Key Duties: Collaborate with developers, engineers, and clients to manage the product development lifecycle Work on real customer challenges and translate them into user stories and technical requirements Plan sprints, conduct retrospectives, and test newly developed features Support product design (UI/UX) using tools like Figma or Canva Maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS, backups, and firewalls Respond to helpdesk queries and support software onboarding and training Travel to customer sites (UK and international) as part of product deployment and support Skills & Technologies You'll Use and Learn: Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) Version control (e.g. GitHub) SQL databases and APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.) SaaS platforms and microservices Business process mapping & automation (including AI-driven tools) Web and mobile application frameworks What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and technical teams A problem-solver with a curious mindset and strong attention to detail Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel and occasionally work across different time zones A valid driving licence (essential due to customer travel) Entry Requirements: Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/1 x A Level in any subject/BTEC etc.)? OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)? Plus:? 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above?. Fees & Finance: There is no cost to you as an apprentice. Apprenticeships are fully funded through your employer. If you are an employer, the maximum funding for this programme is £18,000. Expenses for travel to QA centres should be covered by the employer.
