Store location
Both the Belle Vale and Halewood stores are located in busy shopping centres which offer a mix of national brands and local businesses. There is an abundance of surrounding free parking as well as good bus connections around Belle Vale and a train station at Halewood. The area has benefited from new housing developments bringing more families and jobs into the area in recent years.
The stores boast six test rooms across the two sites as well as providing spoke hear care services across both locations and Halewood is due to benefit from ‘Boost’ in March of 2025. The stores have an exceptionally strong customer-focused ethos which is why they are currently top of the table for service in the region! The team are incredibly proud of the services they provide to their community and are a dedicated and hard-working close-knit team. There are long-serving and knowledgeable managers across both sites as well as a resident clinical team of 3 Optometrists, a Dispensing Optician, and a Pre Reg Optometrist.
Requirements Of The Role
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion, and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Optometry Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
The right person for this position will possess a strong work ethic, drive, and a willingness to succeed. You will be a hands-on partner who understands the need to balance consistent time in the test room with your Director and leadership responsibilities. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same. In summary, you’ll be a high-calibre Optometry Partner able to put your stamp on this already excellent store and drive it to the next level.
