We are seeking talented and dedicated Chefs to join our esteemed hospitality team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
* Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations efficiently.
* Ensure consistent and exceptional presentation of food.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
* Manage stock and inventory, ensuring minimal wastage.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
* Culinary degree or relevant qualification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
* A passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Working Hours:
This role offers flexibility; you can choose as many or as few shifts as you like. We can help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
Race Days:
* April 2025: 11th-12th April
* May 2025: 16th-17th May, 12th, 26th June
* July 2025: 3rd, 10th, 18th-19th July, 24th
* August 2025: 5th, 15th-16th, 28th August
* September 2025
