Field Services Executive, L'oreal Luxe

L'oreal Luxe are looking for a Retail Support Executive. You will support the Field teams in delivering our Luxe retail ambitions. You will provide a one-stop-shop for your Region, sharing retail data and insights, brand launch and activation plans and PLV information with the Field teams, enabling them to focus on consumer engagement and Retail Sales driving activities. My remit ranges across Beauty Advisor processes, Retail Activations and Retail Coordination support to the teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CONSUMER EXPERIENCE & RETAIL PERFORMANCE
1. Manage the seamless execution and coordination of retail activities across the portfolio of Luxe brands in the field, and report on compliance to plan post-campaign:
2. Launches
3. Events
4. VM & podiums
5. Support in i-Beauty/Beauty tech execution
6. Manage Field requests to Head Office, creating seamless and simplified communication streams between the different functions
7. Coordinate and distribution weekly SIT reports and receive escalations from the field
8. Collaborate with Head Office to ensure execution excellence in line with plan & on time.
9. Support the coordination of quarterly Retail Drives.
BEAUTY ADVISOR EXPERIENCE
1. Manage BA onboarding/new starters/induction in collaboration with Field Management.
2. BA Admin for Field.
3. BA Uniform management.
4. Manage BA Free Goods.
5. Support BA incentives & rewards management for the field.
RETAIL ADMINISTRATION
1. Retail Administration support & problem solving.
2. Raise, track NCOs as required by field/Retail & Omni Education team.
3. PO raising & Management.
4. Support in ordering, allocation and supply of PLV, Retail tools, Hygiene.
