Main Responsibilities: Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards. Lead small group activities and offer individual support to students with diverse needs. Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that supports student development. Modify teaching approaches to cater to various learning abilities and styles. Participate in school-wide educational projects and contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: A recognized HLTA qualification is essential or substantial experience in a teaching support role. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and effective instructional techniques. Proven experience in assisting children within a classroom setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
