QETTLE, the 100°C boiling water tap brand, is looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate its growth and success across consumer, kitchen designer/showroom and merchant sectors. As QETTLE’s Sales Manager, you will oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to fulfilment and will possess dazzlingly efficient sales administration skills. Polished, confident and adaptable, you’ll be comfortable in all sales settings - from chatting to consumers and across trade counters to introducing QETTLE to design-led kitchen studios. You’ll collaborate with two sales colleagues – a sales executive and a sales administrator and will also manage the efforts of an external sales’ agency. You’ll report to, and build, a close relationship with our Executive Team of directors and shareholders, who are all actively involved in the development of sales. A 80/20 hybrid role that will see you splitting your time between QETTLE HQ and visiting key accounts, you’ll have a superb range of industry contacts and will have at least 7 years of experience in the quality kitchens, appliance, interiors or lifestyle sector. Ideally, you’ll also have experience of a modern, digital brand that has grown its market share through ecommerce, social media and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Accelerate sales across the QETTLE range, building on our initial phase of kitchen designer, showroom, retailer and merchant growth Be hands-on with co-ordinating and refining the sales process from start to finish, with support from sales colleagues Create and implement strategies for targeting new accounts and partnerships Inspire and deliver a team-inclusive approach Build personable and collaborative relationships with other managers across the organisation Work with Executive Team to provide insights into sales and marketing data, optimise lead generation and sales performance Key Skills & Requirements Proven leadership experience Track record of accelerating sales growth Exceptional communication skills – capable of engaging effectively and with integrity with a cross section of customers from consumers and trade counters to kitchen designers and architects.
