Resident Engagement Officer

This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that all customers receive the highest possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property.
In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing region.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the production of consistently high-quality engagement strategies
2. Develop and tailor each engagement strategy, based on resident and client feedback
3. Encourage and propose new and innovative recommendations for resident engagement, to be agreed with managing agents, to increase response rates and overall satisfaction
4. Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to support the development of the engagement process to ensure it is effective and relevant
5. Collaborate with managing agents and the wider building safety team to ensure communication is consistent
6. Maintain accurate records – ensuring accurate completion numbers in order to reflect proposed billing
7. Contribute to accurate and thorough progress reporting, to include completed and in progress strategies
8. Stay up to date with legislation changes in relation to building safety, and more specifically, resident engagement.
Experience of working within the property industry is preferred, though consideration would be given to anyone who gained experience in a transferable sector.
