Haddenham Garden Centre is a family owned business which has been established for over 45 years. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands-on individual with a keen interest in retail to join our team Monday-Wednesday, 19 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience and great customer service skills. You will enjoy customer interactions and be able to build rapport quickly. You’ll be confident about approaching and engaging with customers with your naturally outgoing, positive personality. You’ll listen, ask questions, and provide trusted, enthusiastic advice.
Hours:
Monday: 9am-5:30pm
Tuesday: 10:30am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise our customer service desk, delivering excellent service to our customers, which includes providing advice and ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in full and in a timely manner.
* Operating the tills and serving customers.
* Greet our customers with a friendly welcoming approach.
* Answer and direct phone calls and queries to the relevant departments as required.
* General housekeeping to ensure high standards of presentation are maintained.
* Providing support to other departments with duties such as pricing.
