Based in a busy Urgent Treatment Centre, you will work autonomously, assessing, diagnosing, managing, and discharging patients with minor injuries and illnesses. Collaborating closely with advanced clinical practitioners and doctors, you will be an integral part of a diverse multidisciplinary team providing urgent care services across the Lincolnshire area.

Join our dedicated team in a dynamic and fulfilling role as a Senior Urgent Care Practitioner. This position offers the chance to work in a variety of clinical settings. You will collaborate closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals, providing face-to-face consultations in urgent care departments, delivering in-home care for patients, and supporting our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS). The CAS team conducts telephone triage services, offering hear and treat/refer consultations. We provide comprehensive CAS training for those interested.
Our department operates 24/7, and we expect team members to contribute fairly to both day and night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care while working in a supportive and progressive environment.

Job responsibilities
As part of a team of clinical practitioners, you will conduct face-to-face consultations with patients in the urgent treatment centre, addressing a diverse range of urgent illnesses and injuries.
Person Specification
Qualification
* Registered Health Professional (NMC or HCPC Paramedic)
* Recognised post registration qualifications in minor injury and illness
* Achieved at least 2 years post registration experience
Experience
* Experience of working in Urgent Care or equivalent service
* Previous management or leadership experience
* Leadership attitudes and behaviours

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 a year Per Annum, Pro rata
