The Opportunity
Partnering closely with our Director to support and shadow client relationships, with a view to transitioning into a lead role in client management. As the number 2 in the business, you’ll gain exposure to managing client relationships and providing tax advice and planning within the property and construction sectors. Prior experience in these sectors is a bonus but not essential.

Your Role:
9. Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice
10. Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
11. Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews
12. Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions
13. Enhance Bluewater’s systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement
About You:
14. ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
15. Solid accountancy practice experience
16. Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
17. Excellent client relationship management and team management skills
