Job Title: SEN Tutor
Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
Provide one-to-one support and tailored learning plans for students with special educational needs (SEN)
Adapt teaching methods to individual student requirements and learning styles
Assist students in developing academic and life skills
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
Required Qualifications:
Hold a relevant teaching qualification
Experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge of SEN support strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in SEN support
Experience working with a range of SEN conditions
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres
May require travel to different locations to meet with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
