An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Planning & Commissioning Team (Adult Social Care).
The Team leads on strategic commissioning within the Social Care Department and is responsible for taking forward major change projects.
The post holder will have experience in project management and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of change management. You will be expected to work in a way that supports delivery of a co-productive commissioning agenda and will have experience of engaging and working with, and for, people who use services.
The post-holder will be able to analyse a range of research material and apply its findings in order to support the achievement of positive outcomes for the citizens of Wrexham.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with Health partners, community, Third Sector, and Independent Sector organisations in order to support the implementation of the Departmental Commissioning Strategies and Council Priorities.
The team is adopting a hybrid working model of working in an office (Crown Buildings) and working at home. You will need to be comfortable using technology to be able to work from any location within Wrexham and to maintain contact with colleagues.
