Due to the relocation of our current Sales Order Processing Supervisor, we are looking for a replacement to join our team at Chobham. This is an interesting and varied role overseeing 4 administrators and 3 Picker/packers. We are a leading commercial garden nursery supplying customers across the London and South East areas. The role will involve the supervision of the daily workload and staff, ensuring the order process runs accurately and smoothly from initial enquiry to quotation, order processing, picking and ultimately delivery, ensuring our customers receive the correct orders on time and being the customer service point of contact throughout the process.Working Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm with onsite parking, 23 days hol plus bank hols, pension and staff discount. The role would suit candidates who have some experience of overseeing a team and who can demonstrate both excellent administrative order management skills plus professional customer service skills too.
Reporting into the MD you will be responsible for the effective administration of the Sales Office Function and all associated quotes, orders, customer deliveries and customer service.
