The purpose of the Managing Director post is to develop and embed the Collaborative's strategic direction, governance, transformation, and organisational development programme, operational and financial performance.
This pivotal role is responsible for driving development and growth while fostering a positive 'can do' culture across stakeholders to support transformation and quality improvement initiatives benefiting patients and staff.
The Managing Director will recruit and lead a commissioning and transformation team to deliver benefits such as:

Main duties
The Managing Director will collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure effective operation of new care models, develop partnerships, pathways, and service models.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Lead CEO of the East of England Provider Collaborative
* Managing day-to-day operations within the region
* Engaging with providers and commissioners, including ICBs and local authorities
* Ensuring leadership, performance, financial, and governance standards are met

Experience
* Senior management experience in an NHS Trust.

* Experience in health or social care commissioning, working with NHS regulators, and senior NHS networks.
