Our Support Technicians perform a range of services across our Hillcrest site such as covering goods in, intaking orders, restocking stores, maintaining stock count, supporting our production staff, maintaining the warehouse system, supporting with waste management and much more.
About you:
You may have been a shopkeeper, or come from a retail background. You have experience of goods in/goods out in a stockroom (ordering goods, maintaining stock count).
You're comfortable performing physical tasks such as moving 12 kilo sacks of food, and you're happy to work in all weather. You have a strong attention to detail and can stick to procedures. You have a good level of spoken/written English and you're able to understand written and verbal instructions.
It would be great if you had a Counterbalance FLT qualification, but that's not essential. What is essential, is that you're a great team player with a reliable and proactive approach to work. You're flexible and happy to support colleagues with a variety of tasks.
You also need a compassionate and humane approach to animals.
Location/Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent role, working either 06:30-14:45 or 08:00-16:15, Monday to Friday. Based in Belton, near Loughborough.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates cannot have pet rodents (mice, rats, guinea-pigs, rabbits) or animals that feed on rodents (snakes, birds), for biosecurity reasons.
Candidates must be able to drive due to limited public transport.
